About PEACH

PEACH stands for Provision, Empowerment and Access for Catalysts of the Harvest. It is a marketplace connecting mission-minded buyers with BAM ventures, ministries or individual gospel workers offering services, skills and products.

Vision

To empower and sustain workers and ministries around the world, especially those originating from the Global South, helping them remain, flourish, and serve effectively in strategic and underserved contexts.

To create visibility and discoverability for tentmakers and BAMs, as well as to create new connections and opportunities between them.

Why PEACH exists

- Because many gospel workers, church planters, tentmakers, and BAM enterprises possess valuable skills and experience but it's not always easy to obtain the visibility, networks, and opportunities needed to reach wider markets.

- Because traditional fundraising, while valuable, is not always accessible, sufficient, or sustainable for everyone, particularly for indigenous workers serving in lower-income regions.

- Because a trusted marketplace can harness greater visibility, connections, and opportunities that individual e-commerce websites and personal networks often cannot.

- Because sustainable livelihoods can strengthen long-term ministry by promoting dignity, stewardship, entrepreneurship, and lasting impact.

What makes PEACH unique?

Gospel-centred from the ground up
PEACH is built specifically to strengthen gospel ministry. Every seller, service and product exists to support gospel work directly or sustain those engaged in it.
More than fundraising
Rather than relying solely on donations, PEACH creates partnerships, safe visibility and sustainable earning opportunities through meaningful work, enterprise and entrepreneurship.
Intentional support for indigenous workers
PEACH has a strong commitment to supporting indigenous evangelists, disciplers and church planters from lower-income regions of the world—those with fewer fundraising opportunities despite playing a vital role in the global harvest. To maximise the support they receive, verified frontline workers from lower-income countries qualify for a 0% commission rate.
Security-conscious by design
Workers serving in sensitive contexts can choose enhanced privacy measures, including pseudonyms, limited public information and online-only services where appropriate.

Who created PEACH?

PEACH was started by a former teacher originally from Asia who has been serving cross-culturally in Europe since 2011. She has a habit of asking "Why?" and "What if?"—and, if personality types mean anything to you, yes... she's an INTJ.

Over the years, she became increasingly fascinated by topics like tentmaking, Business as Mission (BAM), sustainable ministry, and how seemingly unrelated people, ideas, and opportunities can be connected in ways that strengthen God's kingdom. Conversations with mission leaders, indigenous workers, and BAM practitioners across different regions only fuelled that curiosity.

One question kept returning:
Why is it so easy to hire almost anyone through commercial marketplaces, yet so difficult to find and support trusted gospel workers who have valuable skills to offer?

Churches, ministries, and individual Christians already spend money on things like translation, language tutoring, design, media, consulting, administration, coaching, and countless other services. Meanwhile, many gospel workers already possess these very skills but have limited opportunities to reach a wider audience or earn sustainable income alongside their ministry.

PEACH grew from a simple thought: what if there's a simple platform where two worlds could meet?

After talking to various experienced missional people in various positions, the answer seems to be: Why not try it?

The hope is that PEACH becomes more than just another marketplace. It aims to be a place where everyday work can help sustain long-term ministry, where trusted workers become more visible, and where ordinary purchases can quietly contribute to the advance of the gospel.
